SIACI SAINT HONORE, a French leading group in personal and property insurance consulting and brokerage services for corporate clients, and its main subsidiary MSH INTERNATIONAL, moved today into the SEASON building, in the heart of the new eco-district in the Batignolles area..

The SIACI SAINT HONORE Group’s development took a major step in September by setting up its new head office in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Starting from today, the Group is based in the SEASON building, an eco-district located in the new green Batignolles district.

The SEASON building is eco-friendly, modern, functional and easily accessible, with a total surface area of 21,500 square meters of offices and 1,150 square meters of shops, and brings together employees from the current three Parisian offices of SIACI SAINT HONORE. The brand-new building offers optimized work conditions aiming to encourage cross-cutting cooperation between departments, teamwork and employee well-being.

The Group has made an ambitious decision by moving to the first eco-district in Paris, in the Paris-Batignolles ZAC (joint development zone) which spans 53 hectares between the rue Cardinet (17th arrondissement) and the beltway. This eco-district aims for a level of energy performance that is unrivalled in dense cities and was awarded the “Sustainable City” prize of the international “Green Building & City Solutions Awards”.

SEASON, an emblematic building gathering 806 staff, will be a great drive for innovation to serve the company’s business development.

Pierre Donnersberg, Chairman of the SIACI SAINT HONORE Group, said: “I’m delighted to gather all of our Parisian teams in one modern and innovative site in order to support the strong growth of our activities in France and abroad”.
