SIACI Corporate & Specialty, the P&C and Marine division of the SIACI SAINT HONORE group, a leading provider of consulting and brokerage services in property and personal insurance for companies, has unveiled the new edition of its White Paper. This White Paper aims to provide an overview of the state of play and trends in the 2021-2022 P&C and Marine insurance and reinsurance market. This analysis, which for the first time this year, covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is structured around 6 areas of expertise: Property & Casualty, Marine, Cargo & Specialties, Construction & Energy, Consulting, Hull & P&I, and Jewelry & Art.
The current year has again been marked by strong tensions in the large-risk insurance market, a continuation of the trend seen over the last two years. It is fueled by the health crisis, of course, but also by major natural events and the proliferation of large-scale cyber attacks. The markets therefore remain weakened, primarily in Property & Casualty, Third-Party Liability and Financial Risks. As a result, market conditions are likely to remain tense for 2022.

Against this backdrop, the role of the broker is crucial. They are the essential link in maintaining a balance between clients and insurers. In this respect, the SIACI SAINT HONORE teams are deeply committed to building a relationship based on trust and proximity, made possible by our presence in more than 170 countries via the unique international network, SIACI Global Partners. Cédric Charpentier, Managing Director of SIACI SAINT HONORE's French and International Property & Casualty and Marine division, emphasizes that “this knowledge of our clients’ businesses makes it possible for us to roll out the tools required to get through this period of global turbulence and to constantly adapt: Innovation, Prevention and Personalized Support must therefore be the watchwords that guide our actions.”
