Our turnover

The Group's activity has developed steadily, equally balanced between external and internal growth, with an increase in turnover of almost 10% over the last five years. All divisions combined, international business represents more than a third of total activity.

 

Our workforce

With a total of 3,230 employees, 40% of whom work outside France, more than 60 different nationalities and around 40 languages spoken, SIACI SAINT HONORE is a Group with global reach. Its employees are present in four main regions: Europe, Asia, Africa/Middle East and North America.

Our capital

Thanks to the Group's capital structure, our shareholders provide us with stability and independence from the key market players.
The commitment of our employees, in particular through their participation in the share capital, reflects the strong entrepreneurial culture of the Group. The percentage of management and employees with shares in the holding company which owns SIACI SAINT HONORE is almost 60%, including 300 shareholding managers and 680 employees through the employee shareholding plan "FCPE S2H Actionnariat".

SIACI SAINT HONORE develops its Marine and P&C business through the acquisition of Cauvin & Palle, specializing in the underwriting and brokerage of Marine and P&C insurance.

SIACI and ACSH join forces to create the 5th leading French insurance broker: SIACI SAINT HONORE.

ACSH furthers its international development through the acquisition of Norfolk Mobility Benefits in Canada and the creation of MSH DUBAI in the United Arab Emirates.

CCSH (Compagnie de Conseils Saint-Honoré) becomes ACSH (Assurances & Conseils Saint-Honoré).

CCSH acquires European Benefits Administrators, specializing in the third-party administration of employee benefit plans for mobile individuals, and businesses related to expatriation are grouped together within Mobility Saint-Honoré.

CCSH acquires Media Assurances France (which becomes Continental Media Assurances), firm specializing in risk insurance for SMEs and SMIs and the coverage of audiovisual and communication risks.

CCSH is certified ISO 9001 for its “Healthcare administration” business.

CCASH (Compagnie de Courtage des Assurances Saint-Honoré) becomes CCSH (Compagnie de Conseils Saint-Honoré).

CCASH creates Mobility Benefits, a subsidiary dedicated to international mobility.

CCASH acquires OCI-ASFE, which manages the ASFE association, specializing in coverage for individuals living outside their country of origin.

Partnership between SIACI and JLT (Jardine Lloyd Thompson).

CCASH acquires Carbonel, specialist in health & life insurance (Previnform brand and Previnter and Eparinter corporate associations).

CCASH (Compagnie de Courtage des Assurances Saint-Honoré) is the result of a merger between the Pelege group and the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild.

Foundation of Courtage Saint-Honoré by Pierre Donnersberg (marketing of life insurance as part of the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild).

Creation, upon the initiative of the Carbonel firm, of the Previnter association, which promotes, organizes and manages employee benefit plans for the internationally mobile staff of its member companies.

Catalog of training courses for our clients

SIACI SAINT HONORE supports its clients in training their talent. The set of available modules helps our clients deal with the complexities they face in terms of expertise in HR and corporate risk management, in France and internationally.

The modules are presented with a particular focus on in-service training, the keystone of professional development, and the upskilling of employees.

Captives

Risk and Reinsurance Solutions (2RS), SIACI SAINT HONORE’s majority subsidiary in the field of consulting and management of captives and Alternative Risk Transfer programs, is the leading captive manager in Continental Europe.
2RS is the first and only independent captive manager in France.
This important strategic positioning for 2RS is part of a dialogue with the competent authorities to explore different avenues:
  • creation of a specific status for captives,
  • adaptation of the principle of proportionality provided for under the Solvency II Directive,
  • an incentivizing provisioning mechanism.

ASFE (Association of Services For Expatriates)

An independent non-profit association. Its mission is to make life easier for its members living abroad by providing them with access to information and solutions in the field of international mobility insurance.

Eparinter

EPARINTER, the Inter-Company Retirement Savings Club, specializes in the optimal management of corporate liabilities and supplementary retirement plans for large companies (end-of-career benefits, retirement benefits, Article 39, and safeguarding of pensions).

Previnter

An independent non-profit association. Its mission is to promote, organize and manage the employee benefits of the internationally mobile employees of its member companies.
