WITTYFIT, the publisher of a platform designed to improve the level of engagement of teams and support corporate transformation, and SIACI SAINT HONORE, a leader in insurance consulting and brokerage for companies, have formalized their partnership to provide businesses with a unique offering that enables them to preserve their human capital while improving performance.

A tool built with health professionals to measure employee perceptions
The publisher WITTYFIT has developed a tool with the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital to capture the perceptions of employees and their view of their day-to-day work based on scientifically proven methodology. This virtuous approach encourages employees, managers and companies to come together to identify the conditions for their success. Working alongside them, SIACI SAINT HONORE, through its S2H Consulting center of expertise, will provide the consulting aspect to put the data into greater perspective and implement jointly-constructed action plans. The aim of this offering is to help companies manage their human capital and activate economic and social performance levers. Through this innovative support service, SMEs, mid-caps and large companies will be able to benefit from additional expertise with a high level of added value.

Two companies committed to promoting well-being at work
For many years, SIACI SAINT HONORE has been assisting companies with their quality of working life through the prism of preventive healthcare, and particularly through studies of absenteeism. Last June, the survey carried out by IFOP for SIACI SAINT HONORE and WITTYFIT revealed that French employees had high expectations when it comes to a greater appreciation of their well-being. In fact, 81% of them consider it to be a priority issue within their company. In view of this finding, the two human capital specialists are combining their expertise in the field of employee support services to offer a turnkey solution to companies, a driver of engagement as much as performance.

“For many years, companies have been dealing with difficulties in terms of talent retention, absenteeism, well-being at work, etc. This trend is set to become even more pronounced with the crisis we are facing and will pose significant financial risks to human capital. It is therefore essential to take action and manage these risks by anticipating them, by benefiting from an overall vision of teams’ perceptions, by taking account of their needs and prioritizing the actions to be implemented based on the ideas being expressed. This approach brings new momentum to the field of preventive healthcare and will enable WITTYFIT and SIACI SAINT HONORE clients to place the person at the center of their transformation plan,” said Thomas CORNET, co-founder of WITTYFIT.

“A crisis always shakes up our collective organization and questions the values on which it is founded, often intensifying already existing trends. The current situation is no exception: in the future, even more so than in the past, the engagement and well-being of employees will be an essential key to corporate performance. The profound changes in the way we work contradict those who thought that Quality of Working Life was a fad or a gimmick. Companies are faced with a need for autonomy and recognition that they can no longer ignore; on the contrary, it is a question of empowering and involving employees. The economic recovery will not be possible without the engagement of the teams on the ground...” added Myriam EL KHOMRI, Director of Consulting at SIACI SAINT HONORE.
