Hervé Houdard has been appointed President of the CSCA

Following the General Meeting of the Chambre Syndicale des Courtiers d’Assurances (CSCA - Industrial Union for Insurance Brokers in France) held during the Paris Congress on June 4-5, 2014, Hervé Houdard, Managing Director of SIACI SAINT HONORE, was unanimously appointed President of the CSCA.

Hervé Houdard has been appointed for a two-year mandate and is the successor of Dominique Sizes. He will be assisted in his new mandate by a select board including Richard Restuccia in his capacity as Deputy President of the CSCA, Olivier Nègre, Chief Administrative officer, and Bertrand de Surmont as Treasurer. Patrick Ginet is appointed Vice-President in charge of local brokerage, Stanislas Chapron and Jean-Paul Babey keep their respective responsibilities as Vice-Presidents in charge of large brokerage and category brokerage. Finally, Dominique Sizes becomes President of Honor, member of the national council of the CSCA.

Hervé Houdard, 57 years old, has spent most of his career working in the insurance and brokerage fields. After working for different firms, he became Managing Director of the Marsh & McLennan Group, in France, in the 1990s. Then he spent 10 years at Aon France as a Managing Director before joining SIACI SAINT HONORE in 2009. As a member of the CSCA for many years, he has actively participated in many works relating to the development of broker jobs. He also performed this assignment in cooperation with the French Association for Corporate Risk and Insurance Management (Amrae).
