SIACI SAINT HONORE: Ardian becomes majority shareholder of the group

SIACI SAINT HONORE has announced the completion of its capital restructuring. As a result of this transaction, Ardian becomes the majority shareholder of the group alongside SIACI SAINT HONORE employees and the Edmond de Rothschild Group.


The new shareholding distribution is as follows:

  • Ardian: 57%
  • SIACI SAINT HONORE employees: 23%
  • Edmond de Rothschild: 20%

SIACI SAINT HONORE also continues its close strategic partnership with Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), the 2nd largest broking network in the world, making an even greater and long-term commitment to mutual representation in France and around the world.
