SIACI SAINT HONORE becomes majority shareholder of UNIRISC, the leading insurance broker in Switzerland in property & casualty insurance, health & life insurance and HR outsourcing, after many years as partner and minority shareholder.
PDF Following the long-standing relationship linking the two companies, SIACI SAINT HONORE, which used to hold 39.1% of the shares of UNIRISC Holding SA, has decided to increase its shareholding. The group now owns 71.3% of the shares of UNIRISC Holding SA via its Swiss subsidiary SIACI Assurances SA after share transfer. This decision was made after two decades of cooperation between the two companies and outlines the major interest of SIACI SAINT HONORE in UNIRISC and in the Swiss insurance market. Indeed UNIRISC has developed extremely creative and efficient services for its corporate clients, both in Switzerland and worldwide, which resulted in its activities’ fast growth and allowed it to be the leading insurance broker in French-speaking Switzerland.
