The jury of the 10th Brokerage Awards (Trophées du Courtage) has selected MSH INTERNATIONAL and ASFE, Association de Services des Français de l’Etranger (Association of services to French people living abroad) for the product and service innovation in health & life insurance award for their First’Expat and Relais’Expat products, the first international healthcare offer designed according to the country of expatriation. The objective of this new range is to provide each expatriate with the insurance plan that will best cover the healthcare costs charged in their country.

Choosing a healthcare insurance plan is not an easy thing to do for a French citizen living in France as you need to analyze and understand the different types of benefits offered. When you go live abroad, this choice is made even more difficult because as an expatriate, you are faced with a totally different healthcare system and have no clear idea of the healthcare costs charged in your new country of residence.

To help expatriates with this choice and make their life easier, MSH INTERNATIONAL now provides a clear overview of its insurance offers via a map of the world using four different colors for countries corresponding to the four levels of coverage provided by its First’Expat and Relais’Expat plans, accurately defined according to healthcare costs found in each country. Therefore each expatriate will be offered the option that best meets their needs in terms of healthcare coverage, according to their country of expatriation.
