SIACI SAINT HONORE strengthens its legal department with the arrival of two new legal experts
SIACI SAINT HONORE has announced the arrival of Kalina Andreeva as a Legal Director and of Ghislaine Vallat, as a Senior Legal Expert in complementary employee benefits.
Kalina Andreeva, 34 years old, holds an Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) in private international law from a French university (Sorbonne, Paris 1) and a Higher Specialized Studies diploma (DESS) as a business legal expert (Val de Marne, Paris 12). She is also a former attorney at law at the Paris Bar. She started her career as an attorney at law at the White and Case and Proskauer Rose firms. Then she became a legal counsel at MoneyGram International in 2009 before joining SIACI SAINT HONORE in September 2013 as a Legal Director. Kalina is specialized in business law, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory and litigation. She is fluent in English, French, Bulgarian and Russian.
Ghislaine Vallat, 43 years old, holds a four-year university degree in private-business law (Nanterre, Paris 10). She has been working for more than 15 years in the field of healthcare and death & disability. Ghislaine started her career as a legal expert at La Mutuelle Familiale where she spent 12 years before joining Mutuelle MCD as a health & life insurance legal expert. In January 2014 she joined the legal department of SIACI SAINT HONORE as a Senior Legal Expert in complementary employee benefits.
