PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN AND THE BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND PRIVATE LIFE (CORPORATE AGREEMENT)

  • 70% of company employees are women
  • 61% of company executives are women
  • 54 employees have been promoted of which 38 are women, i.e. 71% of promotions (in 2013)

  • 22 work-study contracts underway

RECRUITMENT AND CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OF SENIORS (CORPORATE AGREEMENT)

  • 122 employees aged over 55, i.e. 13% of the workforce
  • Measures to manage the end of seniors’ working lives and the transition from work to retirement by setting up voluntary part-time and teleworking systems
  • Improvement of work conditions and the prevention of hardship risks in cooperation with the occupational health services and work ergonomist.

PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION OF DISABLED PERSONS

The number of disabled employees in the company has been multiplied by three in three years.

Development of our disability policy:

  • All vacant positions are open to persons with disabled worker status,
  • Awareness-raising initiatives for managers and employees on welcoming and working with disabled employees,
  • Personalized assistance for disabled employees,
  • Partnerships with the Vocational Rehabilitation Center (CRP - Centre de Rééducation Professionnelle) in order to welcome interns within the Group, and thereby contribute to their reintegration in the workplace,
  • Supplies and services purchased from various sheltered employment structures (ESAT),
  • Participation in events to promote the employment of disabled persons,
  • Internal awareness-raising campaigns on disability (serious games, etc.)
