The supervisory boardThe role of the Supervisory Board is to oversee and provide continuous monitoring of how the Company is managed by the Executive Board and the Chairperson. The Supervisory Board is appointed by the collective decision of the members. It meets as often as required in the interest of the company, and at least once per quarter.

The executive boardSIACI SAINT HONORE is managed and represented by its Chairperson (Pierre Donnersberg) and its Managing Director (Hervé Houdard). As part of their operational management duties, the Chairperson is assisted by an Executive Board. It is currently made up of 8 members, appointed by the Supervisory Board, and meets as often as required in the interest of the Company.

COMPOSITION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the SIACI SAINT HONORE Group, the result of a merger between ACSH and SIACI.
The international expansion began in 2000 with the creation of Mobility Benefits, then the acquisition in 2002 of European Benefits Administrators which went on to become MSH INTERNATIONAL.
Pierre Donnersberg stepped up group international development in North America by opening offices in Canada in 2004 and by acquiring Norfolk Mobility Benefits in 2006 to create MSH INTERNATIONAL (CANADA).
In 2004, in the United Arab Emirates, he created the subsidiary MSH INTERNATIONAL (DUBAI), then in Asia acquired Shanghai Taï Kaï in 2009 which became MSH China, thus enabling MSH INTERNATIONAL to become the world’s leading broker in the design and management of international healthcare solutions for mobile individuals.
Pierre Donnersberg is also a Director of Edmond de Rothschild SA and of the Fondation Ophtalmologique Adolphe-de Rothschild.
He is an Officer of the Légion d’Honneur.
From 1999 to 2009, Hervé Houdard was Vice CEO and Managing Director of AON France, where he made a significant contribution to the Group’s development and sales promotion.
Hervé Houdard has been Managing Director of SIACI SAINT HONORE since 2009. He was Chairman of the Chambre Syndicale des Courtiers d'Assurance et de réassurance (CSCA, Union of insurance & reinsurance brokers) from June 2014 to September 2015. He has also played an active role in work aimed at creating more transparency in French brokerage in cooperation with the Association pour le Management des Risques et des Assurances de l'Entreprise (Amrae, Association for the management of corporate insurance and risks).
With an Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) in international finance and as a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Thierry Vachier started his career in banking, with Lazard Bank and then American Express. He then moved to the joint management and mutual insurance sector, as Director of Development with the Malakoff Group then the GPB Group, before joining, in 1999, the brokerage field with the DIOT Group as Director of Death & Disability.
In 2004, Thierry Vachier joined Assurances & Conseils Saint-Honoré (which became SIACI SAINT HONORE in 2007) as Director of Sales and Development for Group Pension and D&D plans.
In January 2009, he became Executive Director of Employee Benefits and Total Rewards.
Frédéric van Roekeghem
Between 1997 and 2003, he then became successively Director of the Fonds de Solidarité Vieillesse (FSV, Old-Age Solidarity Fund), Director at AXA Group Audit then Director of the Agence Centrale des Organismes de Sécurité Sociale (ACOSS, Central Agency for Social Security Bodies).
In 2004, Frédéric Van Roekeghem became Principal Private Secretary to Philippe Douste-Blazy, the French Minister of Health and Social Protection, and was appointed Managing Director of the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAMTS, French National Health Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers) and of the Union Nationale des Caisses d’Assurance Maladie (UNCAM, National Union for Health Insurance Funds).
In 2014, he took over at the helm of MSH INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary of SIACI SAINT HONORE.
He is an Officer of the Légion d’Honneur.
Pierrick Leprince has been working in the insurance field for 35 years and had various positions at Abeille Assurances and GAN France & Canada before being appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the branches of Winterthur in France.
Then he became the Chairman of the broker TEMERIS before joining the P&C Division of the April Insurance Group as Chairman and CEO. Since 2013 he has been working as Managing Director and Administrator at Swiss Risk & Care, the leading broker in the Lake Geneva area, based in Geneva, which employs over 200 persons and a 50% subsidiary of SIACI SAINT HONORE.
Pierrick Leprince graduated in Economics & Statistics and studied at the CPA Paris.
A graduate from the EM Lyon business school, Xavier Corman began his career in audit and consulting firms with KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Then he quickly contributed to the management of large-scale projects, including the organization of the FIFA World Cup in 1998 and the creation of the website Cityvox, now Yelp.
In 2002, he became the Finance Director, then General Secretary for the France area of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, before joining CBRE in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Management Committee.
In 2015, he joined SIACI SAINT HONORE as General Secretary. As such he will be in charge of the financial and administrative division, legal activities, internal control, procurement, general services and security.
In September 2001, he joined Compagnie de Conseils Saint-Honoré, then, following the merger with SIACI in 2007, SIACI SAINT HONORE, becoming the Group’s Director of Human Resources.
In 2010, Yves Buey was appointed Deputy Director of Information Systems at the Caisse Nationale de l’Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAMTS, French National Health Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers) before joining SIACI SAINT HONORE in 2015 to take the helm of all the Group’s information systems.
